British Car Transfer Booking
It is the client’s responsibility to read the terms & conditions before booking and make sure all the details (Name, email address, contact number, number of passengers, Laguages, Pickup and drop address, date and time, etc.) added to the booking form for British car transfer are correct.
Cancellation/Refund
Booking can be canceled 8 before pickup time without any charges full amount will be refundable. Furthermore, Any booking canceled on British car transfer
within 8 hours before journey time will be refundable as follows;
Within 6 hours from pickup time, 50% will be refundable
and Within 3 hours 20% will be refundable and no refund will be issued
British Car Transfer Prices
All our prices are fixed there will be no effect on price after making the final booking. The advertised price may change from time to time but it will not affect confirmed bookings. The price of the confirmed booking remains the same.
Special requests
If you have any special requests, please let us know at the time of booking. However, British car transfer will pass on all such requests to the Supplier/Principal, but we can’t guarantee that they will be met and we will have no liability to you if they are not. Note that our Suppliers/Principals will provide child/baby seats if requested whenever possible.
Vehicle Descriptions and Standards
It is client’s responsibility to select the appropriate vehicle. The images of the vehicle make and model on the quotation page are for illustration and guidance purposes only.
Journey times
Current road conditions, such as traffic and accidents, may change the estimated journey time provided on the British car transfer booking form, which is based on normal conditions.
